1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using our services, you ("Client") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Services Provided
We provide clients with a CRM and marketing automation platform, which includes but is not limited to:
Funnel and website building
SMS, email, and automation marketing
CRM and lead management
Reputation management
Appointment scheduling
Other digital marketing tools

3. Account Registration & Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
You must provide accurate information during registration.
Sharing or reselling your account is strictly prohibited.

4. Billing & Payments
Service/management/maintenance fees are expressly outlined in the separate client agreement prepared for your company as each client varies on the business services.
Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
Failure to make timely payments may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Use of Services
You must not use our platform for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
Prohibited content includes but is not limited to spam, phishing, illegal substances, hate speech, and adult content.
Abuse of the platform may result in immediate termination.

6. Data & Privacy
We collect and store user data in compliance with privacy laws.
You are responsible for obtaining consent from your contacts before sending marketing messages.
We are not liable for any legal issues arising from improper data handling by you.

7. Intellectual Property
All software, trademarks, and content remain the property of their respective owners.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell any part of the service.

8. Termination & Suspension
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for:
Violation of these terms
Non-payment of fees
Engaging in fraudulent or abusive behavior
You may cancel your account at any time, but no refunds will be issued.

9. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, USA.
